LATE POLICY
We try our best to accommodate clients schedules, but unfortunately more than 15 minutes late constitutes a no-show and will be charged accordingly. Please be courteous to others and arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. |
NO SHOW
We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours. No-show appointments will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. You will be unable to re-book until the fee is paid in-house. ALL SERVICES WITH DAISY REQUIRE A $50 DEPOSIT AND CREDIT CARD ON FILE. |
LATE CANCELLATION
Things happen, life gets hectic from time to time. Appointments cancelled 24 hours prior will be free of charge. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount. You will be unable to re-book until fee is paid in-house. Emergencies please call us ASAP. Late cancellations or no-shows for consultation or follow-up appointments will be charged $50 and will be unable to rebook until paid in house. |
REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with a treatment please let us know right away. We will try our best to rectify the problem. At this time there is no refunds for services or memberships. Unopened products may be returned within 5 days. |
CHILDREN
For the safety of you, your child and our technicians, children aged 13 and under are not permitted in the laser room. We ask that children remain attended in the waiting area, or please reschedule when you are able to do so. You are responsible for your child when in treatment, children should be old enough to be left alone unattended. |
CELLPHONES
As a courtesy to all guests and for your enjoyment & relaxation, we prohibit the use of cell phones in the spa area. We kindly ask that you please turn all cell phones to silent, or off, upon entering the spa. |
Repeat no-shows, cancellations, or inappropriate behaviour will result in refusal of service. White Willow Medi Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
